200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training​

After years and years of training, teaching, learning and expanding, I have finally created a 200-hr Yoga Teacher Training Program, and am so excited to share it with you!

This training is designed to fully prepare you to teach yoga from an authentic place inside your heart. With the use of inspiration, education, creativity, and compassion, our minds will expand, our hearts will open, and we will GROW. Learning to listen to our own body. Describe sensations. Use of Breath. And Body Alignment. Will all be extra tools in your back pocket for your own life. For your own healing. Whether you want to teach or not. It may just be for you!

This 200-hr Teacher Training offers experiential movement and exploration. With the passion and knowledge, we will learn yoga philosophy and history, anatomy and physiology of the body and the energies, sequencing and pose to pose, communicating with inclusive and welcome speech, safe assisting and modifying for all different body types, and discover what makes you the Greatest Teacher.

Upon completion and passing of all examinations, you will receive a BackPocket Yoga Teacher Training Certificate, granting you eligibility to register with globally recognized Yoga Alliance as a RYT-200.

Total Program Cost: $2800 (includes all four BPY day retreats)

Balance of Tuition options:

A)$2600 is due no later than three (business) days prior to start date.

B)$1000 is due no later than three (business) days prior to start date, with payment of $325 due on the first (1st) of each month for the next four (4) consecutive months.

C)$500 is due no later than three (business) days prior to start date, with payments of $450 due on the first (1st) of each month for the next four (4) consecutive months.
